Nice hike from Camping Huttopia in Divonne to La Rippe (Switzerland), passing through fields.

Start : Divonne les Bains-Camping Huttopia

Access : By car : Join the Huttopia campsite

Route description:
Turn right from the campsite and continue straight ahead on the tarmac road. After about 2km, you'll come to the Franco-Swiss border where you'll see a stone boundary marker. This marker signifies a shared border between France and the canton of Vaud, set up following an agreement signed in 1824.
A little further on, once you've crossed the border, you'll come to the Vendôme campsite. Turn right down the road, then take the second path on the right.
Follow the main path through the fields until you reach Villard. Once in the village, turn right at the fountain and head up towards the campsite. At the fork in the road, turn right onto chemin des Broues, following the fields on your right.
At the end of this path, turn left to return to the campsite and complete your hike.
