This 250-metre-long educational trail between the lake and the racecourse runs alongside the planets of the solar system, represented in bronze to a scale of 1 seven hundred millionths, i.e. one metre for 700,000 km, and accompanied by an explanatory panel.

The planet trail was created by the Club astronomique de Divonne. The distances between the planets are proportional to reality: one meter for 10 million kilometers. This little walk, beautifully maintained by the town hall's floral services, in beautiful surroundings near Divonne lake, facing the high Jura mountain range, is a pleasant educational stroll for families with small children, for example on bicycles or in baby carriages.
