After two themed shows (“Alex Vizorek Is a Work of Art” and “Ad Vitam”)—ambitiously staged for large venues—the Belgian comedian decided to spend a year on tour with just a microphone stand.
This time, he’s giving himself the freedom to improvise, to talk about current events, and to engage in more self-reflection—all within the intimate setting of smaller venues.
“Stand-up style,” American-style—just him, a spotlight, and you—as he tackles topics ranging from Spinoza to the erectile problems of a forty-something, touching on the optimization of faith and nostalgia for his grandmothers along the way.
All of this, of course, with the sole aim of making you laugh—and if, by some misfortune, it makes you think… well, that’s no big deal either!
