Author's talk: "Acarouany", by Jean François Durieux. Éditions L'Harmattan, 2025

To mark World Refugee Day, Divonnais Jean-François Durieux will share with us some of the unusual stories he has gathered over the course of a long career with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). Although rooted in the tragic reality of exile, these stories are often rich in hope and dreams. One of them inspired this first novel, "Acarouany", which the author will present to us before signing it.
