Half-day sensory walk with Rose-May Halbout ( RANDO MONTAGNE ).
During a walk, I offer exploration workshops to help you discover nature through the opening up of your senses, perceptions and feelings. Our senses are there to perceive the world and our environment. Using them opens a door to the natural world and allows us to connect with it in depth. From global presence to attention to the smallest detail, our senses, numbed by the modern world, will awaken to discover the unsuspected treasures of the forest: smells, flavors, textures, colors, sounds and shapes. Together, we'll evolve in a gentle, caring way, sharing our discoveries.
Open to families with children aged 6 and over.

Divonne les Bains. Meet at 2pm at the Mont Mussy parking lot.

Equipment :
Small backpack with water
Comfortable clothes adapted to the weather: sneakers, hiking pants or leggings, sweater, waterproof jacket.
INSURANCE:
Make sure you are covered by civil liability and/or personal accident insurance for specific mountain trekking activities.
Rescue costs are free in France. In Switzerland, however, there is a charge for rescue services. Check that your insurance covers you in Switzerland. Adult: 30 €, Child: 26 €.
