Pierre Assouline, writer, biographer, journalist, columnist and member of the Goncourt jury since 2012, teaches literary writing at Sciences Po. The author of some forty books that have won prestigious awards, he has distinguished himself with notable biographies (Marcel Dassault, Gaston Gallimard, Albert Londres, Simenon, Hergé, Moïse de Camondo, Cartier-Bresson...) and novels (Le Fleuve Combelle, La Cliente, Lutetia, Le Portrait, Vies de Job, Sigmaringen, Golem, Retour à Séfarad, Le Nageur...).
